The site may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company name, free-form messages, questions, selected planning concerns, readiness responses, conversation agenda, any illustrative financial assumptions you choose to submit, the owner field guide or Owner Decision Packet requested, a decision-checkpoint preference, a personal-response preference, and your optional educational-email preference.

Do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, passwords, credentials, medical information, confidential transaction documents, or other highly sensitive information.

The site may record the page visited, referring page, campaign parameters, resource or calculator used, general interaction events, and related technical information needed to operate, measure, secure, and improve the site.

Morrowgate uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate website use and conversion activity. Google may receive device, browser, approximate-location, referral, and interaction information and may use cookies or similar technologies for that purpose. The private inquiry dashboard is excluded from Google Analytics.

The Owner Journey may save incomplete progress in your browser. Campaign attribution may also be stored for the duration of the browser session. You can remove browser-stored information by clearing site data in your browser.

Questions typed into the Owner Concierge are transmitted to an artificial-intelligence service provider to generate an educational response. The conversation may include the current page and recent messages needed to maintain context. The guide is automated; a human does not review each response before it appears.

Anonymous conversation text is not added to Morrowgate's inquiry database unless you deliberately choose to send the conversation and provide contact information. Security and abuse controls may process a one-way technical identifier and limited interaction data. Do not enter sensitive personal, account, tax, credential, medical, or confidential transaction information.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, understand the question submitted, prepare for a conversation, maintain an inquiry record, measure which educational resources are useful, prevent abuse, operate the site, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Requesting an owner field guide or Owner Decision Packet authorizes the one email needed to deliver it. Packet delivery uses a private random link that expires after 30 days. It does not enroll you in ongoing emails or request a personal response.

If you select a 90- or 180-day decision checkpoint, Morrowgate stores that date with the submission so it can be prioritized for later follow-up. The website does not promise an automatic reminder. A personal response and occasional educational emails require their own separate choices. Educational email consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Information may be processed by vendors supporting website hosting, database storage, security, analytics, email or communication delivery, and future customer-relationship management. Providers may use information only to perform services for Morrowgate or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

Morrowgate does not sell personal information. It does not share inquiry information with unaffiliated third parties for their independent advertising.

Inquiry, packet, and checkpoint information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver the requested material, respond when requested, document communications, prevent misuse, administer the site, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Different retention requirements may apply if a professional relationship is later established.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by using the direct inquiry form and identifying the email address used in the original submission. Some information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary to document the request.

Morrowgate uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to limit unauthorized access to submitted information. Owner Decision Packet links use a long random token, are excluded from search indexing, and expire after 30 days. Anyone who receives the link may be able to view the packet, so it should be shared only with intended recipients.

No website, database, email, or internet transmission is completely secure, and the site cannot guarantee absolute security.

Website submissions are not protected by attorney-client, accountant-client, or another professional privilege merely because they are sent through this site.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. Morrowgate does not knowingly solicit personal information from children through this website.

This notice may be updated as the business, technology, vendors, legal requirements, or data practices change. The revision date at the top will identify the current version. A separate regulatory privacy notice will be adopted if and when required for an operating advisory firm.
